Prep with Promise Zone
Starting college is a big step, and Prep with Promise Zone is here to make it easier. This event is designed to help new students get acquainted with Grand Rapids Community College and all it has to offer.
Tuesday, August 20 from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm
Check-in begins at 9:00am
Connect with new students and start building your network!
Learn about campus resources available to you, to ensure you can succeed both academically and personally.
Explore campus with a tour and talk with various staff along the way.
Get assistance purchasing your textbooks for the upcoming semester.
Lunch and parking provided.
Promise Zone Family Open House
Bring your family out to celebrate the start of the academic year. Tour Ender Hall, meet with Promise Zone staff, and ensure all of your questions are answered!
Saturday, August 24 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Free food!
Meet with Promise Zone staff and other departments in Ender Hall.
If you’re on main campus, hop on the Sneden Shuttle to the DeVos Campus or park in the Ender Hall lot.
