Eligible High Schools

To receive the full Grand Rapids Promise Zone Scholarship, you must be both a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan and attend and graduate from one of the high schools listed below since 10th grade.• Grand Rapids Public School District

Our Promise

The Grand Rapids Promise Zone Scholarship ensures that all students who live within the city of Grand Rapids and graduate from one of the 24 public, public charter, or private high schools located within the city limits of Grand Rapids have free access to Grand Rapids Community College’s Associate’s degree and job training and certification programs.

Promise Zone Director Evan Macklin and the GRCC team look forward to answering all of your Promise Zone questions—from the FAFSA to course selection and everything in between!
